Once an advertisement, premium listing, or featured service is approved and made live, it cannot be cancelled.
b) Digital Products & Information

Cancellations are not permitted once access to digital content, downloads, or paid informational services has been granted.

Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their nature.
c) Physical / Organic Products (If Applicable)

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed and return policies will apply.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:

Duplicate Payment: If a user is charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error.

Non-Delivery of Service: If a paid service (such as an advertisement or listing) is not published within the committed timeframe due to an issue on our end.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Subscription services that have been partially used

Services redirected to third-party providers (e.g., transport bookings). Refunds, if any, are governed by the respective third-party’s policy.
